思い出カレンダー アプリケーション利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Tomohiko Shimizu（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリケーション「思い出カレンダー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、予定、リマインダー、写真、アートワークその他利用者が許可または選択した情報を表示し、思い出を振り返るための機能を提供します。
本アプリのGoogleカレンダー連携は読み取り専用です。本アプリからGoogleカレンダーの予定を作成、編集または削除することはありません。
2. 利用者の責任
利用者は、自己の責任において本アプリを利用し、端末、Googleアカウント、Apple Accountその他連携先のアカウントを適切に管理するものとします。
利用者は、第三者の権利、プライバシーまたは法令に違反する目的で本アプリを利用してはなりません。
3. 外部サービス
本アプリは、Googleカレンダー、Appleのカレンダー、リマインダー、写真、音楽その他の外部サービスまたは端末機能と連携する場合があります。これらのサービスの利用には、それぞれの提供者が定める規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
外部サービスの仕様変更、障害、利用制限、認証の失効その他運営者の合理的な支配を超える事由により、本アプリの全部または一部が利用できなくなることがあります。
4. 免責事項
運営者は、本アプリの内容、表示、継続的な提供、完全性、正確性、特定目的への適合性または不具合が生じないことを保証しません。
利用者は、重要な予定、写真その他の情報について、本アプリの表示だけに依存せず、必要に応じて元のサービスまたは端末上で確認してください。
法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用または利用不能によって利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
5. 本アプリの変更・終了
運営者は、必要に応じて、本アプリの内容の変更、追加、停止または終了を行うことがあります。
6. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本アプリを通じて表示する予定、写真、アートワーク等の権利は、各権利者に帰属します。
7. 本規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、以下の掲載ページまたは本アプリ内で公表した時点から効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、法令により別段の定めがある場合を除き、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Omoide Calendar Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for use of the application Omoide Calendar (the “App”) provided by Tomohiko Shimizu (“we,” “us,” or “the Operator”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. App Features
The App provides features for displaying and revisiting memories using calendar events, reminders, photos, artwork, and other information that the user has permitted or selected.
Google Calendar integration in the App is read-only. The App does not create, edit, or delete events in Google Calendar.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their use of the App and for appropriately managing their devices, Google Accounts, Apple Accounts, and accounts for any connected services.
Users must not use the App for purposes that violate the rights or privacy of others, or applicable laws and regulations.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may connect with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Reminders, Photos, Music, and other third-party services or device features. The terms and privacy policies of the respective providers apply to use of those services.
Changes to third-party services, outages, service limits, expired authorization, or other circumstances beyond the Operator’s reasonable control may make all or part of the App unavailable.
4. Disclaimer
The Operator does not guarantee the content, display, continued availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the App.
For important events, photos, or other information, users should not rely solely on the App’s display and should confirm information in the original service or on their device when necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
5. Changes or Discontinuation
The Operator may modify, add to, suspend, or discontinue the App when necessary.
6. Intellectual Property
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Operator or the applicable rights holders. Rights in calendar events, photos, artwork, and other content displayed through the App belong to their respective rights holders.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms become effective when they are published in the App or at the URL below.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the App.
