思い出カレンダー プライバシーポリシー

Tomohiko Shimizu（以下「運営者」）は、アプリケーション「思い出カレンダー」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 取得・利用する情報
本アプリは、利用者が機能を有効にし、端末上で許可した場合に限り、以下の情報を端末内で利用します。
– 予定：予定のタイトル、開始・終了日時、終日予定かどうか、カレンダー名・色など
– リマインダー：タイトル、期限、完了状況など
– 写真：利用者が本アプリで選択または利用を許可した写真、並びに写真に含まれる撮影日時・位置情報などのメタデータ
– アートワーク等：本アプリ内で表示するために利用者が選択した画像、音楽のアートワーク、曲名・アーティスト名等の関連情報
本アプリは、上記の情報を、カレンダー表示、思い出の表示、写真・アートワークの表示その他利用者が選択した本アプリの機能を提供する目的でのみ利用します。
2. Googleカレンダー連携
利用者がGoogleカレンダー連携を選択した場合、本アプリはGoogle OAuth認証を通じて、利用者が選択したGoogleカレンダーの予定を**読み取り専用**で取得します。
– 取得する権限はGoogle Calendarの読み取り権限です。
– 本アプリはGoogleカレンダーの予定を作成、編集、削除しません。
– 利用者は連携後に、同期対象とするカレンダーを選択できます。
– Googleのアクセストークンおよびリフレッシュトークンは、利用者の端末のKeychainに保存します。
– 取得した予定の同期用データは、表示および差分同期のため利用者の端末内に保存します。
– Googleカレンダーの予定内容、アクセストークンおよびリフレッシュトークンを、運営者のサーバーへ送信、販売、貸与または広告目的で利用することはありません。
Googleカレンダー連携には、Googleのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約が適用されます。
3. 情報の保存場所
本アプリが取得・生成する情報は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。Googleカレンダー連携に必要な認証情報はKeychainに保存されます。
利用者が本アプリのデータをiCloudバックアップ等に含める設定にしている場合、Appleが提供するバックアップまたは同期機能により情報が保存されることがあります。その取扱いにはAppleの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 第三者提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者へ販売、貸与または提供しません。
ただし、利用者がGoogleカレンダー連携を利用する場合、認証および予定取得のためにGoogleのサービスと通信します。また、端末のカレンダー、リマインダー、写真、音楽等の機能を利用する場合、それぞれAppleが提供するサービスおよび利用者の設定が適用されます。
5. 利用者による管理
利用者は、端末の設定から、本アプリによるカレンダー、リマインダー、写真その他の情報へのアクセス許可を変更できます。
Googleカレンダー連携は、本アプリの設定画面から解除できます。連携を解除すると、端末内に保存されたGoogleの認証情報、同期対象の設定およびGoogleカレンダーの同期キャッシュを削除します。
6. 安全管理
運営者は、利用者情報への不正なアクセス、紛失、改ざんまたは漏えいを防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
7. 未成年者
未成年の利用者は、保護者または法定代理人の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用してください。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
運営者は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更その他の必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、以下の掲載ページまたは本アプリ内で公表した時点から効力を生じます。

Omoide Calendar Privacy Policy

Tomohiko Shimizu (“we,” “us,” or “the Operator”) establishes this Privacy Policy to describe how information is handled in the application Omoide Calendar (the “App”).
1. Information We Access and Use
The App accesses and uses the following information on the user’s device only when the user enables a feature and grants the corresponding device permission.
– **Calendar events:** event titles, start and end dates and times, all-day status, calendar names, colors, and related display information.
– **Reminders:** titles, due dates, completion status, and related information.
– **Photos:** photos selected by the user or made available to the App, along with metadata such as capture date and location information contained in the photos.
– **Artwork and related information:** images selected for display in the App, music artwork, track titles, artist names, and related information.
The App uses this information solely to provide features selected by the user, including calendar display, memories display, and photo or artwork display.
2. Google Calendar Integration
If a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, the App uses Google OAuth authorization to obtain **read-only** access to events in the Google Calendars selected by that user.
– The App requests Google Calendar read-only permission.
– The App does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
– Users can choose which calendars are synchronized after connecting their Google account.
– Google access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in the Keychain on the user’s device.
– Calendar synchronization data is stored locally on the user’s device for display and incremental synchronization.
– The Operator does not transmit Google Calendar event contents, access tokens, or refresh tokens to an Operator server; does not sell or rent them; and does not use them for advertising.
Google Calendar integration is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
3. Where Information Is Stored
Information accessed or generated by the App is generally stored on the user’s device. Credentials required for Google Calendar integration are stored in the device Keychain.
If the user chooses to include App data in iCloud Backup or another Apple backup or synchronization feature, that information may be stored through Apple’s services. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to those services.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except where required by law, the Operator does not sell, rent, or provide user information to third parties.
When a user uses Google Calendar integration, the App communicates with Google’s services for authorization and event retrieval. When a user uses device calendars, reminders, photos, music, or related features, the user’s settings and the applicable Apple services apply.
5. User Controls
Users can change the App’s permissions for calendars, reminders, photos, and other information in their device settings.
Google Calendar integration can be disconnected from the App’s settings. Disconnecting removes the locally stored Google credentials, selected-calendar settings, and Google Calendar synchronization cache.
6. Security
The Operator takes reasonable safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of user information.
7. Children
Users who are minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Changes to This Policy
The Operator may update this Policy when required by changes in law, changes to App features, or other circumstances. Updated content becomes effective when it is published in the App or at the URL below.
